Get rid of the moral system or allow us to retry a mission
This mechanic is simply too punishing and time consuming without adding anything interesting. I'm not against perma-death, but having my guys constantly need to be swapped out for doing their job is annoying. It's even worse because your game's AI is so wonky that a lot of deaths don't feel justified. Whether the AI does something stupid and gets killed or the enemy AI pulls of a crazy shot, it's not fun.

At the end of the day remember you're making a game. If it's not fun, don't bother.

In my play, the stress system is fine honestly. I've ran my team 50/50 LTL and lethal and so far they have never dropped under anxious. The game is built to reward you for taking people alive, not going in and executing everyone, and is built around that challenge. I personally think it's fair to have to go back and face the consequences of your death before reattempting, especially if it puts your team at risk.

This would be fine in a game where the AI isn't questionable. I literally saw one of my squadmates face the wrong direction and refuse to turn around as a suspect shot him from the side. By the time he finally started moving it was too late. I also have AI "Move and clear" and then proceed to run down hallways where they get gunned down because they aren't properly checking where they're going. I have no way of knowing where they're going to go at times because I don't always carry a mirror. I shouldn't need to baby sit the AI or have to feel like I can't trust them to do basic tasks.

I played Swat 4 as a refresher in the days leading up to this release. This game is fun, but the fact that a much older game has better AI and better tactics is not lost on me. Add onto that the absolutely cracked out enemy AI and the game is often more frustrating than anything. ALSO, why can't we re-do missions? Even games with perma-death allow you to do this. As it stands, the only way to do this is alt-f4. Unless I want to deal with the annoyance of morale management, I'm forced to do this.

At the very least, give us an option to opt-out of this system.

I'd settle for a replay mission button that just allows us to restart the mission with the same team and loadout if the AI decides to go crazy.

That way you can't abuse the system and you can still bail if you need to start over, but you're not getting hammered because the AI went and flaked.
