Stuck in the level 23 Megabytes a Second... what am I supposed to do?

Anyone else facing the same issue? I'm new to the game so this is my second level being played. I'm 100% sure I've killed/arrested all the suspects and found all civies, yet the game doesnt progress.

After a while of roaming around the cleared map, i also noticed my AI teammates suddenly carrying off all the arrested people back to the truck. I thought that would clear my objectives but apparently not. Did I miss something??

there is some evidence of child porn in the draw next to the guys bed or maybe you didn't bag all the guns?
hit tab and check your objectives if they're complete you should get a vote to leave y/n option (top left) that is a soft complete if you cant find evidence (guns)

yea I didnt... but arent all those secondary objectives?

I thought the key thing is to just kill the baddies and handcuff everyone else

Can also try going around and just pulling up team AI commands and pressing 6 ordering "them" to look for evidence

A lot of the time you will miss a single civilian or enemy hiding somewhere.
Using middle mouse you can select your squad to "search and rescue", they will comb the map looking for any civvies or evidence you missed.

For 23mb/s specific. In order of floor.
The 1st floor you walk up to in the apartment full of server farms there is a bathroom you walk into to report the server farm.
On the 2nd floor in the streamers room his bedside table is filled with illegal porn as well as his computer needs to be tagged.
Those are the optional objectives anyways, good luck.

i'm having freezing issues. pretty sure it's random malware my computer is picking up for god knows what reason.

My first getting stuck on this found a civ in the "normal" looking apartment in the bedrooms bath. Hope this helps someone at least.
