Turning off the frame limiter option REDUCES screen tearing.
I then turned off 'Enhanced Sync' in the AMD drivers.
This just leaves AMD Freesync set to on - This eliminates all screen tearing.
Turning the frame limiter back on without 'Enhanced sync' brings the issue back.
However, if I limit the FPS with AMD's driver, the issue comes back - this is super weird!
Seems as though it's a combination of both GPU driver and a bug with the in game frame limiter?
Was 90, since playing this morning it's now 100.
I've slapped Vsync on in game for now as it eliminates the issue completely. Obviously the idea behind free sync is that I should not have to though.
Can confirm I've tried changing between different screen modes. I'll have to try a driver roll back over the weekend.
