How do i play Non Iromman mode?

I can only play on Ironman mode and its getting boring playing the same levels over and over

Go to singleplayer and pick the Training mode directly under Ironman mode.

you´ll load into the police HQ and can play on "normal" without permadeath.
It´s essentially like in EA where you pick the missions.
You do have to unlock them as in ironman mode

Which is super dumb. cause play all missions and any setting option was available in EA

I dont really mind. I think they thought of it as a way to achieve the cosmetics for people who dont want to play ironman mode.
The only downside for me was the fact that park homes is the third mission and it´s just annoying to get through it.

Dumber is the fact that when you press on continue it automatically puts you in ironman mode.
