In multiplayer you can choose character model and voice.
It's an issue with the lighting, every NPC in the police station look very weird for the same reason.
The lighting model seems very unpolished in general, sometimes it makes the game look great while other times it makes it look very outdated with light bleed and barely any shadows/occlusion.
Problem started since the Adam update lighting overhaul
Why did they change the system at all? I never had issues with performance pre adam update. I always had constant 144 FPS without spikes downwards. I had all settings maxed out.
I am getting FPS drops with 1.0 every now and then especially during shootouts which is annoying as hell. Somtimes the drop is so hard, that i completely miss my shots.
Also, the lightning looks worse than pre adam and they got rid of working mirrors. I just don't get how they managed to make it run worse than before while also making it look worse.
