Did anyone got S on neon club?

How do I make suicide bombers to surrender? These arseholes won't surrender until they incapacitated every time I tried to get S rank.

if i flash or gas them they usually not blowing up
using guns make them explode and if you wait too long after compliance they'll pull the trigger infront of you. a matter of time.

how do you even get s ranks, ive less lethaled all enemies and it still only gives me an a+

Before the update, I’ve got an S rank by using non-lethal shotgun and pepper spray. Suicide bombers detonate when they’re very close (in most scenarios). You can just spray them, shoot at legs or head (but shotgun now can kill if you aim for the head).

beanbag shotgun was always able to one shot suspects in the head.
i really dont like it, if they want it that lethal, why they couldnt add rubber balls or something cuz its retardly annoying to clear pepper mags on them with low compliance chance.

I have the same issue :( Every time I finish all the missions and none of my team members are dead, I always receive an A+ grade. They need to fix this bug!

I can't tell you how many times I had to run this map to get S and it really seemed like I was depending on R&G in the end. For me, this was the hardest map due to the unpredictability. Eventually got it done with pepperballs and gas, but yeah...sooooo many runs.
