Though it did lose half the playerbase when they removed family sharing
I no longer play it cause it's on my vr account (was hoping vr would get injected so I got it for vr room pc) and so I don't bother gathering everyone else to play it coop
I'm sure this is the case for many people and why half the playerbase died (removal of family sharing)
So no wonder it's taking so long.
Can't wait for the 1.0 though I will say that it's taking a bit long.
Basically, they aren't able to update it incrementally because each new thing is tied to another.
Also, I think they had some problems with the publisher some time ago which also might've affected funding and therefore their workflow.
Not to mention there are community maps, so there's always something to play that feels new (although maybe not as polished as an official release.)
So it is said, that the next update is 1.0. So does that mean that the current state is a Beta? Are you freaking serious?
For a long time now, players have been complaining that the game has completely lost its focus, that the AI hasn't had ANY improvements since it was released, it's amazingly stupid and that no one cares about the stupid lore in the game. Stupid man that lives in forrest and give us a amazing map that have only 2 enemies or lot of arts and CGI to announce a criminal nerd invastion. God.......
We want and desperately needs new maps, new modes, new challenges and better, more humanized AI (play Six Days and see what AI really is).
Spot on. The dripfed content that's lazily made was enough to constantly entice and impress the fellas that are convinced this game is the second coming of the tactical game genre.
We don't want posts, we want updates. It's a thing that we dont have a almost a year, even a miserable patch to fix a bug
