Currently, it's one of the best tactical shooters out there in my opinion. It's far from finished but it has a solid foundation to build on. Friendly AI is kinda broken right now but you can fix it with mods. Mods are the reason why i do have over 300 hours in this game. There are a lot of custom made maps, skins, tweaks and fixes by other players which gives this game a lot of replayability..
Campaign mode is still missing right now. You can only play basic scenarios.
There are a lot of people who say it's abandonware since the devs haven't updated it for a long time but you can see their progress in the dev blogs and they plan to finish the game with the next update.
We will see more of 1.0 on the Game Awards on 7th December. You could buy the game and see for yourself if it's worth your money in it's current state. You can simply refund it if you don't play it for longer than two hours.
There will be a price increase when this game hits 1.0 just so you know.
The meaning ''abandoned'' it is nothing remotely close in this particular case.
