Cross-region Play & Ping Limits?

I already have this game but looking to play with friends in Europe (I'm in Singapore). Does anyone know if there are any ping limits or anything else which would prevent my friends and I playing together? My assumption is that one of you becomes the host?

When i play in Europe, i see pings of 160-200ms. Appreciate this will impact hit detection and perhaps results in some laggy game-play, but otherwise would this work in Ready or not?

When it comes to random queuing, I believe you are limited to lobbies within 200-250ping ranges. The game uses peer 2 peer, so it will be a big factor.

When it comes to trying to queue with players on your friends list, basically using dedicated communities or the LFG section here, the only limit would be your connection across large distances.
