If you mean play at the same time on the same computer, that would be a split screen and that would ruin the game completely. If you mean be able to save under different names, just one of you play as Judge and the other as Swan when you play. Problem solved. Oh and I would get a better job, if forty bucks has tapped you out. That would suck bud...

No family sharing allows for one other computer to also use the game on a second account inda like console sharing for ps5/ps4

Yeah, but I don't think they can play together at the same time in either case. I could be wrong as someone who has never used the feature.

RoN doesn't have family sharing as OP mentioned, the developers haven't given an official answer. The theory I subscribe to is that it likely messes with the verification systems Supporter Edition uses, especially the unique codes for Discord.

Kinda not. Even if game shared, it can't be launched at the same time, it's like books shelf in main room - to other person take a book, first person must put it back there.

it can be launched at the same time, i do this with my son for all out coop games.

Aren't you mean "Remoute Play Together"? It's different thing and also can't apply you second person's copy, it's 100% local co-op emulator.

P.S.: But if you sure it's "Family Library" sharing, please tell about it more, kuz' Valve's FL FAQ clearly misslead about that.

The bad thing is: They had it in the early days and then just disabled it.
So everyone who used it had pay for it and can't use in anymore like before! x(

Because not every game support it? I bet less than 180 of your games have FLS.
I get why people want share arcades or RPGs. But this is score-board mil-sim, you just put your cousin/sibling/kid infront of your PC. Any other reason unvalid.

Mate, Family Sharing is just a way to share your games with your family and friends. It sounds quite dumb to say that specific game shouldn't be shared because of its genre. I would even say that its invalid opinion :steamhappy:

If it really for the family, why not allowed them use your profile? Really, why not?! In arcades, FL is the way to create more save slots, divide score. Here - no need save slots, your stats can't go down, and everything unlocked means you no need second accaunt to allow your sibling/kid get trough lvl up. You just pass 'em chair, and it's enough to start playin'.
That's what i meant about there is no valid reason for FL.

Do you even know what that feature is? You could use that to allow your family to play remotely for example. And not just that, it allows to seperate accounts for family. In future this game would have achievements, as I know campaign and currently has multiplayer component. FL allows you to have seperate progress depending on account but okay, you don't seem to care, let's pretend that it's really that useless, then we still have privacy concerns for multiplayer component, do you understand that managing friends of two people on one account is not really great experience? Why you are so deadset on having less features? FL just gives ability to share games on family accounts in convenient way, it doesn't compromise your own experience in any way.

1)No, you couldn't. I tried give one of my friends a game before, to play co-op; And with knowledge of now - no surprise he been kicked out every 15 minutes, or when i'm lauching that game.
Dunno, it was long ago, maybe now i'm who's wrong about that. Nobody still told me how use it for "buddy pass".

2)What progression?! Everything still open at the start. And there is only one achivment, that not realy an "achivment", you get it in first 30 seconds of the mission.

3)Didn't see a problem there. Have friend who sharing one account with his dad. Discord account free to create and use, and it's how we usualy check who's currenly using account.

4) Yours - not. Devs - defenetly yeah,
_ Main topic point - get buddy pass trough FL. And i simply repeat FL FAQ (and my expirience), that FL simply doesn't do such thing. But RPT does, but limited, fiting only sharde screen games, what clearly not this game. And still nobody proof it wrong.
_ But what it can provide - comercial accaunt rent. That do not benefit devs at all.
_ I'm debate agains FL here, simply because of it; if you really like the game and want play it with relatives - just buy 'em a copy; other wise it highly possible just mask for accaunt rent.

I don't see a point in arguing with a wall. I just hope someday you will be in a shoes of others. Good luck!

Same for you. I shared my expirience and ask what can be done for altered results, but instead you call me a wall.
Maybe if you can't provide facts that says that i'm wrong - you are who is.
So l also feel that you are "the wall".
