Difference between "move to" and "cover"?
I can't tell any difference in behavior between ordering my AI swat mates to "move" or to "cover" a point.

Anyone knows if there is a difference?

Cover functions similar to Move To except for the fact that the squad will try and establish a mini "perimeter" once they arrive at the location, taking cover and facing different angles/directions. (Note: the AI is quite derpy, so this doesn't always work in your favor.)

Here are a couple small examples from 4U Gas Station (the green dot I drew is approximately where I gave the command):

Nice! The AI is so worthless I never observed the difference.

So basically the difference is so marginal they could just drop the move order, rename the cover order to "move" and noone would notice.

Yup. After all, why would you ever want your team to move somewhere without taking cover once they get there?

One way I can think of to make the two orders useful each in their own right:
Move - move where I point, take best possible cover once in position
Cover - take best possible cover in your current position, cover the direction I pointed you to

The take cover command is pretty broken, in that AI would go and look at a wall.

Hopefully this is all fixed in the next big AI update.
