Yes, not sure when though
its a Cool idea but the only downside is how complex the control schemes might be. When the game is out of Early Access and if its ever release for Xbox and PS the game could get very popular. Even Better if its on PS Plus or Xbox Gamepass the game will definitely explode in Popularity.

Just customize your own through the built in steam controller configuration. I use a Ps4 controller. You will need to play through big picture mode to get things like overlays for things like weapon select or squad commands.

Plug in controller, enter Steam big picture mode, select game from library, manage game, controller configuration. The software should already detect the controller and you can map commands from there.

It will take a lot of tinkering and trial and error to get it to your liking because you will need to map every command (at least the ones you want to use) because the game won't automatically recognize it. The good thing is you can do it all on the fly with the game running by just popping in and out without having to restart it but the customization is endless. For example I have the lean bined to the right bumper. Single press leans left, double press leans right. Holding down the D-pad up brings up squad commands, holding D-pad down brings up weapon select wheel. I really don't use the keyboard for anything. I just didn't map the helmet cams because I don't use it much. I forgot how I got the overlays, I had found a random walkthrough online somewhere that was written up for another game and applied it here but I will have to look for it.

It's not complicated but you will have to play with it to figure out how it works. I suck so bad at keyboard and mouse I had no choice but to figure it out if I wanted to play this game at all. Hope this is enough to get you started. I'm away from my PC for a few days, any other questions I'll try to answer.

Heck No, $120.00 USD and no full controller support?, no thanks game might be cool but, I'm not buying a Ferrari only to find it has Pinto features, I'll wait. When they start to consider that a good chunk of potential buyers prefer controller support they'll work on it, If the guys at Hell Let Loose and Arma can do it so can the Ready or Not Team... I'll holler at you guys when you get that full controller support. Lol

You can youtube it. A guy showed the steps for an xbox controller. This should be similar for ps4 setup

A year later they have officially released it! Woot woot! But still no controller support by default. Luckily through steam you can add community configuration to map keybinds to controller buttons. Bit of a hassle but you set your game up to what’s easier for you just gotta tinker and fine tune and get that muscle memory lol.
