my game is over 100gb after the latest update. isn't it supposed to be around 50 or 60gb??
title says it all

Version 21753 of Ready or Not has changed the way the game is packaged. It is now split across smaller files, so future updates will take less time to install and package.

However, an unintended issue is that the old pak is still installing as well, doubling your RoN size. The devs have been made aware of the issue.

A temporary fix is available below:
> - Make sure the game is closed
> - Right click the game > Manage > Open local files
> - Open ReadyorNot > ReadyorNot > Content > Paks
> - Delete **EVERY** pak except for "pakchunk0-WindowsNoEditor.pak". It should be the very first pak with a size of 57GB
> - Open the game, you should be able to play RoN fine, but with 50-60GB less.

same, uninstalled until they learn how to update a game ffs. everytime the same bs.
my ssd would have been full, in fact the free space wasn't even enough, so another good reason to uninstall.

Same here. I've no idea why they're doing updates like this. Will uninstall and spend my time with other realistic shooter games until they get their ♥♥♥♥ together.

yeah think the game is getting deleted from the SSD for a while. not sure why the game nearly doubled in size.

jeeze good thing I had it on my HDD, I already got my SSD kinda capped with other games im playing currently.. it probably woulda ate the half the 100gb I got to spare.

1.9Gb download, 100Gb game size. time to uninstall

The download is 1GB. The game will now need 100GB

Delete "pakchunk0-WindowsNoEditor.pak" in "Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Content\Paks". Then go to Steam, right click the game in your library > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files...

This will redownload about 4.5gb of files and revert the game to it's original size.
