DirectX 11 vs DirectX 12

What is the difference between DirectX 11 and 12?

Directx11 is for less beefier computers, Directx12 is more graphically stunning and heavier but some people are saying its been giving them an FPS boost to up to 50-60 frames, Idk how that logic works but it does

Pretty much this yeah. If you don't notice a change in either version, then use whichever you like. I run DX12 personally with little major impact, only because (to my knowledge) it is planned to receive better graphics in the future.

Same. I used to only use DX12 with no performance difference (or visual for that matter). Until the latest patch stole my fps.

Been running DX11 and now I feel it runs a bit better.

If the game stutters (especially in the first minute of a mission) on Dx12, try changing to Dx11 to reduce stuttering. This used to work fairly well for me back when I was playing on a GTX 1050 TI.
