Just be aware that there are 2 tracks used in the club audio, one loops over and over, the other is the longer track but when you mod the music with a replacement track, it will need to be modified in order to not incorrectly loop.
You also need to create a version that sounds as though it is playing from another room too for the "far" distance.
Use audacity for that effect.
Does anyone have a tutorial on how to do this? I'm not familiar with "Audacity"
Thank you!
It's really easy, you only really use Audacity for modifying a sound file to make it sound further away, for that you need to use the low pass filter on the track.
For extracting and rebuilding the .Bank files, you'll need a tool called Fmod Bank Tools.
:edit:
Technically you don't even need to use audacity, Any sound editing software that you're familiar with should have the low pass filter in it, Sony ( Magix ) Vegas for example has this filter iirc.
ALMOST THERE, please help.
copy it into the "bank" folder within the FMOD Bank Tools, Load it up and hit extract, Back out of the "bank" folder and go into the wav folder and all of the level audio will be extracted there.
Now I see all the "CLUB" files.
What's next ?
add a low pass filter to the track also for "club_far" and export it again as a wave file.
I think it's working !!!!
Sadness.
The short 54 second track is the looping one, the longer one is a looping long track.
you need to edit your audio file to match the length of the 2 original close and 2 original "far" tracks.
"club close" and "club_far" are both 54 seconds long so you need to make a 54 second loop of the blade track for those 2.
"club_track2_close" and "club_track2_far" are both 2:34 long so you'll need to make a 2 minute 34 second loop of the blade track to make sure they fit and loop correctly.
