FMJ vs JHP
Has anyone tested or got data on the ingame differences yet?

I've been running mainly FMJ because of them hiding behind cover a lot, but my rounds don't seem to pack the punch they used to.

FMJ is better against armored suspects while JHP is better against suspects with no armor

FMJ = fullmetal jacket against armoured , JHP jacketed hollowpoints so as already mentioned you want to use that against unarmoured targets.

From my experience since all the supporter patches before this release :
- Enemies now often wear body armor (different levels of protection, from basic light kevlar to heavy steel)
- Damages have been balanced (I used to one shot with FMJ unarmored opponents, now i need a few more hits) and calibers penetration/stopping power have been tweaked
- FMJ is great against armored opponents but can kill unwanted civilian behind cover or enemies
- JHP is great against unarmored opponents but cannot (or very lightly) penetrate armor and cover
- Damages decrease after penetrating walls, covers, or armors
- Shotgun shells type (Buck or Slug) are not yet relevant IMO so I don't use them anymore until fix

If you want to one hit kill enemies, use high caliber weapons like 7.62x51 or 357Mag but beware for recoil, ammo and colateral damage, otherwise be prepared to at least double tap unarmored and semi-burst armored opponents with regular calibers. (which is what happens IRL)
