question about full uninstall to get rid of mods

i installed a reshader mod a while back and new camo skins. Because of this it only lets me join modded games. When I host a game, it loads up like normal but then says "mission complete" as soon as we load into the map and then exits.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall but the mods are still there. I cant figure out how to remove the reshader mod. Is there any way to like... permantly wipe the game files? Not sure why the mods would still be there after a steam reinstall.

Delete your mod paks, go into reshade, select the ready or not.exe file and it'll tell you that reshade is already installed and will ask if you'd like to uninstall it. If neither of those work, delete the entire game folder and reinstall the game

In game there is a option to delete your mods/settings. I used this recently after installing In Game Menu and the option effectively deleted it. You should be able to see it on options menu scroll down.
