I think it’s pretty ridiculous that someone wouldn’t play an FPS game like this at all just because they can’t select a character that’s their gender.
If you want to play realistically, load into a mission, order your team to take cover, and go watch movies for six hours. Then come back, hit escape, and end the mission. That's realism.
Who the hell cares if there's females in the game or not? It's a video game.
