Well, I'm buying Swat 4 in the morning. RON needs a lot of work. I'll come back to it when its finished.

Lots of fans prefer 3 for good reason, it's not as streamlined as 4 but offers more tactical possibilities because of that. I'm a 4 guy mainly because that was my intro to the series back in the day and the nostalgia hits different.

I'm enjoying Swat 4 and I've altered the .ini file so my monitor resolution is much better.

Well buy it on gog not steam. Swat 3 steam is broken

Oh wow, I didn't even know 3 was on Steam. It's always a risk buying old games on Steam. That's what GOG is for!

I don't really see OP as a troll. SWAT 4 with Stetchkov and Elite Force mod is a vastly superior experience to RoN in every department but visuals as of right now. Especially for people who never played it, it's the perfect game to start honing the RoN skills you'll be needing in the future.
