Ability to reset battery placement

Is there, or could there be added, a way to reset back to their starting position where batteries are? I've done a bit of a ♥♥♥♥♥ wucky, and now I can't reach part of the northernmost island of Glutton Islands (where the villagers give you a reward after liberating the place)

EDIT : was able to get to it with time stop and that amulet that greatly enhances ur speed lol
