I'm probably making a mountain out of a molehill but I'm at the beginning of the game and already stuck. How do I get to Max's house? It's behind a fence and the game tells me that I know where the secret passage is, the one we use to sneak from our respective parents. But I don't....

How do I get the two other endings? How do i get the SUCCUBUS and SECRET ROOM achievements? And I think the RED JUMPER DESTROYER achievement is bugged because I've killed them all but still not got it :/
