This charging half the price of a full game for minor factions stuff is a no go.

I didn't buy the last DLC and I won't buy the next. Charge a reasonable price.

Unpopular opinion - I'm really excited for this dlc. I like having 3 LLs of different factions. There's variety. I can play them sequentially without getting bored. While a race pack is nice, I don't want to play through 3 LLs of the same race on after the other. Also 3 of my more favoured factions.

Another unpopular opinion - I'm happy to pay for content. The price for this is very high yes, but I am willing to pay it if it is well thought out and fun. Would I want more for the price, definitely, but I will still support DLC. I always want more content for my favourite games, WH3 amongst them. They could have added more units but I won't withhold purchase over it.

Third unpopular opinion - the Steam WH3 community is full of vitriol and hate. If you don't like it, move along. That will have more impact on CAs decisions than any amount of pigspew you write up here. Generating opinions is generating focus. The complaints started at launch (bugged, unfinished, Realms of Chaos sucks [sub unpopular opinion - I enjoyed it and have finished it 7 times]) and not much changed in CAs approach since then. They still are trying to make as much as they can with subpar effort. So move along and play BG3 instead.

Ya, I normally don't get involved in discussions on steam at all. However, these opinions that you disdain so much are how people let their voice be known. Without expressing WHY they dislike the soon to be released content. How would CA know where to learn from their mistakes if people just simply "moved along"!? I get it, you like the game as I. Yet you are propagating something currently that is at a lose in the long-run aggregate for yourself and others. Meaning less content for more money in future DLCs. Also, your purchase is affirming to them their practice of slow patch fixes is at the very least acceptable. I mean I could go on. Bottom line is your take, as intellectual as it may be. Is a very bad and regressive one to have. Just because YOU don't mind all of the above mentioned, doesn't make any of it any less unacceptable on a objectively viewed standpoint. Over all, really bad take in my opinion. I try and view most things with a non-myopic lens. I just cant see your opinion as anything logical except for your first point.
