Not much of a patch and Ai still need a ton of work, but I guess it's better then nothing. Still like I said though, my group of friends us all being Total war players who have pretty much mastered the game find it boring. Warhammer 2 Ai still beats Warhammer 3 Ai....... it's so bad, especially in the campaign map they have no idea how to build a economy and just spam until they lose there armies. Then they quite literally never comeback.

on release of WH3 you already tried to cut Land Battles for some weird tower defense mode.......worked very well. yet again another slap into the face of the loyal Land Battle community, just because of some content creator bubble. Thanks CA.

Are you really playing Warhammer 3? This game is totally singleplayer focused. just one patch with some mp changes and this is a disgrace? ridiculous. You can still play your unbeatable doomstacks.

Did you... *sigh* did you not read the next sentence highlighted in bold that said that the conquest battles are not coming to singleplayer, and they're not replacing land battles in MP?

Disappointing to see a patch that negatively impacts fun aspects of the game. Some of these are long overdue like a Malus nerf but crazy to see Vlad getting a nerf when vampire factions almost never make it to end game. When players have to mod ENEMY factions to make them more dangerous thats a sign to buff the fun things not nerf the things that work

what a complete joke of a patch, CA if you want to make your SINGLE PLAYER game less fun to play then keep me out of it. Stop shoving your ideas of how to "play" the game down my throat. You do not understand what player want and this proves it AGAIN.

Hochland Scopes trait has been totally gutted, Jesus, why would you do that, lol. I didn't stack 6 engineers in my army, I had like, 2 at most and it was amazing. Guess I'm going to have to wait for a modder to take restore it so it's decent again.

Also, empire captains are pretty great now, I'd have one in my army to support my empire general or karl if they were on their gryphon, but that trait that gave a tiny boost to ranged infantry was pretty nice. It wasn't a game changer, but it was pretty cool to have my ironsides be a little tankier if I decided to sacrifice a ranged unit for a captain, that's too bad, it was fun.

Edit: I forgot to mention the skill that got nerfed for empire captain was the Admired Infantryman skill applying to ranged infantry, +3 MA/MD wasn't a game changer, but like I said, it was fun.

+1 global recruitment capacity (factionwide) -> +1 local recruitment capacity (local province)

+3 all hero capacity -> 15% increased XP gain for embedded heroes (lords army)

Please someone make a mod to revert this....
That 15% exp rate is pretty terrible, lol. At least make it 25% for the lord's army instead of just heroes, for a lot of factions he's pretty out of the way and a pain in the ass to deal with.

As many people stated above the patch is seriously underwhelming.

Things like AI, quest battles broken, IE maps were not addressed in favour of multiplayer which is the 5% of the player base.

Hope for something of value after summer.

Ok insane big patch, appreciate that But....BUT: I've been following Turin (their official caster for competitive tournaments and also a very skilled pro-player with such a huge game knowledge) since early release of WH3... and..
why the hell nerf Saytang that hard? wtf? 2600 cost that basically never reaches (not) even his value in gold... Almost nobody plays him because too risky to play, the cost is way too high and too tryhard.
And they literally DELETED him for what reason? CA? Hello??????? 2600gold?? almost nobody risks to play him??

windbow ability:
Base Missile Damage: 50 -> 25
Armour Piercing Missile Damage: 150 -> 75
Base Explosion Damage: 90 -> 30
Armour Piercing Explosion Damage: 30 -> 10
Radius: 10 -> 3

and also hit stats:
Ammo of Primary Missile Weapon: 35 -> 30
Base Missile Damage: 175 -> 100
Armour Piercing Missile Damage: 525 -> 425
Base Explosion Damage: 45 -> 30
Armour Piercing Explosion Damage: 15 -> 10
Explosion Radius: 6 -> 3
Saytang's projectile explosion VFX has been scaled down slightly to match this change

At this point, just delete the unit and rework it. Like wtf? they literally DESTROYED him.

Kislev still extremely dominating with fkng 70+%wr in competitive and again barely got "nerfed/changed" while Grand Cathay still sadly has 50% since like forever??
Like who tf is in charge in the balance team? Cathay needed some help, even Turin himself said it multiple times in live, explaining to chat why Cathay isn't meta and it's not performing well (i'm idd talking about dominion, not LB, without even considering the idea of LB being eliminated).
nah bruh... This can't be real.
And this is just an example, i would like to talk about other completely random nerfs and buffs but this was by far the biggest random undeserved nerf i've ever seen.
I need some explanations from devs fr.

Too bad CA are nerfing Vlad - one of the most colorful characters in the game since release - just because some whiners cannot be bothered to learn how to use the tools they given. Enjoy your brain dead click-click-click-WIN.
