Help Warhammer 3 RoC Chaos Rift doesn’t spawn. How to fix?

Hi all, First time Warhammer 3 player here. I was excited to start grand Cathay campaign and was doing pretty well as Zhang. For a while i was doing expanding and random quests. But for a long time i didn’t saw any campaign quest. I didn’t thought much since is my first play through and was enjoying relatively easy expansion. But now turn 80 however i realized that no other factions has progressed and i was still getting no quest so did a search online and it seems i might have a game breaking bug.

My games run normally and the only mod i subbed from the workshop is the skip intro one. Is there a way i can force the rift to spawn with command or mod? I don’t want to start all over again :( Any help is appreciated!

Well I've never played the rift campaign since I find it annoying to be on a timer but I've tried to finish the prologue 3 times and everytime I get a bug and I can't progress through it I guess the devs have stopped bothering with those 2 gameplay modes
