Launcher has broken game entirely

New update that made the launcher run slower than watching a video on dial-up internet.
It's also just entirely broken the game. All my mods won't work. I launch the game, get the pop-up telling me I have mods turned on. I hit yes, play. It loads very slowly and then opens to a vanilla version.

It turned off all my mods and ran the game vanilla. I close the game and find a error pop up telling me "an instance of warhammer 3 is already running"

I need some solution for this. It's either the launcher is SO BUGGED it thinks Im launching the game twice (and yes Ive sat and waited like 10min before hitting play to "let it load' to have no difference)

Right now I just finished deleting all files around the launcher and letting steam re download them through validating files. If that doesn't fix the problem I have no idea what to do.

If it does fix the problem, then heck yes keep this up for other people who run into this.

Nope didn't solve it. Time for second re-install after deleting every file I can find related to the game and launcher on my pc.

befor patch i played on UWQHD with 120fps after patch 30FPS with hughe stuttering on campaign map.

Mods are not working anymore

every time i move on campaign map, FPS drops to 1 and moving for 100% range turns into 10sec step by step stuttering.
thanks this update is very good for fixing stuff
