Invisible Units in Battle

After the recent update my units have become invisible in battles besides some hats and when i zoom out i can see cavalry but nothing else besides shadows. verify game files did not fix it and changing the unit texture details didn't help either anyone else experiencing this?

Do you have the Blood DLC and have it enabled?

If you do have it, disable it - sounds like there's an LoD issue with it this patch (they made changes on a lot of models).

uncheck blood effects in the main graphics settings and restart the game.
