Tilean Trading Company - Settlement Sale

Very minor bug / poorly implemented feature:

Playing as Balthazar Gelt, I captured the settlement of Li Zhu. There was a 'hidden' building there, the Tilean Trading Company. I got an offer to sell the settlement for 20,000 gold. I accepted, creating the 'Tilea' faction. However, I start off at war with them; part of the negative attitude toward me is: Rebellion -60.

It seems as though they should not be automatically at war with me and have neutral relations at worst.
