Can't play DLC on another account?

I have 2 steam accounts and mistakenly bought 3 on my "spare" account back when it came out. I have several TWW2 DLC and the 3rd game borrowed from that account, but the DLCs don't unlock in legendary lords selection.
Can someone explain how this works?

Working as intended. You can't use another accounts DLC for games you own.

I'm now having this issue as well.

I have two accounts:

Account 1 owns:

WH1 all DLC
WH2 all DLC
NO WH3

Account 2 owns:

WH1 all DLC
WH2 all DLC
WH3 all DLC

Now when I play WH3 on Account 1 (family shared), I can play WH3 and all DLC but no WH1/2 DLC even though the account owns it.

It was working just fine up until recently.

Same, had no issues between my 2 accounts yet now cannot use DLC I already own.

Please fix this.

A borrower will have access to the lender's games and DLC, but only if the borrower does not also own the base game. If they already own the game, they'll need to purchase the DLC themselves in order to play it

Bumping this thread, please fix this issue - Hundreds of dollars of TWWH content is unable to be accessed as the game thinks I don't own it (I do).

I'm pretty sure most of us are not trying to "get one over on CA".

I mean, I'm playing from the IP, same PC but simply don't want to be hassled from people on my friends list (lets be real; offline and invisible mode don't really work well).

Reach out to steam, interconnectivity issues between accounts is more of a Steam thing that CA can't really follow up on.

Same issue. Family member accidentally bought WH3 base game on his account long ago, now all my expensive DLC doesn't work. Worked fine a coupe months ago.

Same problem here. i own wh1 and 2 and my girl owns 3. I could play wh3 family share and it would recognice 1 and 2. Now all free stuff from 1 and 2 is not downloadable... she gifted me kholek n friends and i cant access... this is not acceptable! I would have never bought anything anymore if i knew this would change!
