I'm not sure on the nerfs to Seraph Crimrose(i've only seen the nerfs on FC), so I couldn't tell you exactly how to build her, outside of pumping as much TEC into her as humanly possible, without sacrificing too much FLY.
Ah, I see. So it's not necessary to go as far as 40 fly but it's also not good to leave it too low. Makes sense.
Which gun is good on her? Is wide beam gun ok?
Are you willing to spend a little bit of RT, or only UC?
If you're willing to spend RT, Plasma Beam Cannon is a solid choice.
If not, you can either roll with a plasma gun(for smaller battles), wide beam gun(also for smaller battles), ballista shooter, or power shooter.
If you're willing to grind out Fractulus, Fractulus Anima(150 Crystal Coins), or Double Beam Machine Gun(20 Crystal Coins) are both fantastic choices, but play completely differently.
Fractulus Anima can be used in any situation, and Double Beam Machine Gun chews through HP(especially against LND) in seconds, at the cost of having low range.
