AAW Wrestle Lab not working

Good morning I am trying to use the AAW Wrestle Lab and it is not allowing me to sign in to my account. It all started with me trying to upload a new arena to AAW. I've been a member since October 2019 and never had any issues till now. I also re-installed it but did not help. My AAW user name is MadManFreddy007. The arena appears uploaded three times which it was not my intention. Any help I can get with this will be a huge help....
