Lost Memory Investigation Site?

When I walk into the Cordona Chronicles, I also unlock an investigation site nearby called "Lost Memory" in what seems to be an impassible part of the building. Is this supposed to happen? Something tells me I'm not supposed to be accessing this, what's going on?

I remember searching for this too and eventually found out, but I don't remember what it was. I think it was either a side story or one of those Jon challenges, I can't remember exactly. Try pinning various things from your notebook with the eye symbol, if there is anything.

I should mention this happened during "A Gilded Cage" and during the first time I went into the Chronicles
