crash when trying to upload mod icon file in Mod Uploader

I'm not sure if I missed something obvious here –
When Trying to add an icon file for a mod that I'm currently trying to publish with the mod uploader, the program crashes and displays a bug splat Error report window.
I made sure that the image is a JPG file, under 1 MB, in RGB.
This has worked flawlessly before, So I'm assuming it's a new problem?
I sent an error report and added my email address ([e-mail])

It appears to be related to the path or file name. Try renaming the file and using a path which only has pure ASCII characters (not saying the game does not support Unicode file paths, it does, this is just to try to narrow down the problem).

Hi, thank you for your help! I indeed found a non-ASCII character in the path, after I removed it, the upload worked.

hey dev so, i've been having the same issue and i double checked, the path of what im uploading is literally "C:\Users\[redacted for privacy]\Desktop\temp\thumbnail.jpg"

how could what you described be the problem?
