Offset when copying my rail network to another save

Sorry for my poor English. I am not a native English speaker and I may not be explaining what I experienced correctly.

I selected every track and building in one of my saves (which is a huge work in two different cities), saved them in my collection, and pasted them to a new save.
I noticed an offset when I try to move what I pasted to their correct locations: when I moved one station to its location (I was selecting all so every other station moves too), other tracks/buildings are slightly away from where they should be.
For example, another station (185km away from the station I was moving) was 2km away from its correct location.

I think this might be caused by a miscalculation in coordinate system, which caused the saved or pasted clipboard to be larger than it should be.

Use Ctrl-Shift-V for pasting in the exact same place.
