How many people are in the vicinity of the stations? How big are they, are they connected to the tram lines (i.e. there's only one name for the station)? How long have you let the line run? Are the intervals and leg times correctly set?
Try uploading the save to a file sharing service (Google Drive, Dropbox, those sites) and share the link here, I will take a look.
Here is a save. Thx for the help! https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BA4fFGXWobQobCamd6CvOuO-K5oXq0mv/view?usp=sharing
* The problem is, that people do not use trams to get to an ICE
I just looked closer and passnegers, that need to have a connection just disappear! So that's my problem!

Other 2 pics is the same situation. Grosser Ackerhof in Erfurt. Person wants to take an ICE to Erfurt Hbf to then take one stop by a tram. ICE arrives, person disappears at a staion, but does not appear in a train.
Basicly, ICE carries passaengers only to train stations, where it stops, but not the passengers, that need to continue journey with something else.

The train window by default groups pax by next stop, and the station window by default groups pax by destination. Change the train window to "group by destination".
Thanks for your response.
