It may be hard to believe what I am going to say, but as a old player of APB during RTW period (remember you had to pay a subscription to play a set time?) before and then the inital stage under reloaded production, trust me the game was so broken and poorly optimized that NASA-Grade PCs of both early and after 2010 became insta-potato machines ( = poor PCs). Plus the obscene quantity of cheaters like there's no tomorrow made this game literally impossible to play it fair (and yes, the introduction of P2W formula and Armas marketplace made things worst). Totally awful and dark period, althought there were some funny and enjoyable moment.
I really hope all this time doing the massive refactor and optimization of the code/netcode is worth years and years of patience because, while the game is not a GTA-Killer anymore and better games are on the market, it is still a funny one.
What I really hope is the engine upgrade which literally EVERYONE are hoping for.
APB is such a unique game that we are milking the last drops of fun of it like devs are milking the wonderlanders last hopes.
like 300-350 at peak times, not a whole lot.
considering that Reloaded only ever had a peak of 5600~, its not as bad as it sounds.
