How to unlock more police lights

I have a Dolton Montane and I was wondering how you unlock more police lights for it.

The only way i've found to unlock parts with any car is to complete missions and gain standing. Once you play for a bit you should start seeing "Nw Parts Available" with the icon of a tire. Then just go check at the social to see what you received. Hope this sheds some light for ya.

Great link, Stainbow. By the look of it the lights are unlocked not by missions necessarily, but by arrests

For police things such as lights you need to arrest people by using less than lethal weapons. For most other things level up contacts.
