In-game cash can be used to buy the following:
- Clothing
- Weapons (expires after X days)
- Vehicles
- Weapon/Vehicle/Equipment Modifications

They can also be used to purchase items made/sold by other players:
- All of the above
- Themes
- Music

To buy clothes you can go to either:
- Any available NPC/Contact.
Example: Double-D in the financial district.

- The store/NPCs in the Social District.

You can also ask people in-game through the district chat for information on these kind of things. If that fails, google and youtube are the next best places to find answers.
