it's not possible to just buy premium standard :p

open apb up with steam

when your in the game press ESC and then at the top left it will say ARMAS

click on that and you will either see premium in the front page, or on one of the tabs

add it to your cart, go to checkout

if you dont have any G1C it will tell you to buy some and it will show you different options

400G1C = $5

800G1C = $10

it will take money from your steam wallet to give you G1C

How else will the game know that you have a steam account and be able to communicate with your steam to relay purchase information and ensure you are actually the steam wallet owner?

You can link your steam to your gamers first log-in. That would solve that small issue.

There are other ways to pay for premium. Credit/Debit card, game card, retail box codes, etc.
