Report a translation problem
One way design custom logos is through the clothes kiosk (look for the stand with a clothing sign in the 2 storey building). Simply open up the Decals Tab (the one with the star), click on DESIGNER, and select the icon with the + icon. Note that only the basic symbols are available for everyone, and the rest can be unlocked through Contacts in mission districts, or simply by buying them through ARMAS.
Those without premium will have a maximum of 50 layers to play with, whilst those with premium will have 100.
