APB account is just gone

I tried to log into my gamerfirst account after not using it for a year or 2 and it doesn't recognize my email address. I know I'm using the correct email to log in because I still have the email they sent me with my beta key in 2011. I can't use their support system to ask them what the hell happened because to do that i have to log into an account that apparently doesn't exist.

1. What does it say when you try to log in?

2. Have you tried to log in both APB and the website or just APB? If you tried the site login without any luck, try signing up again using that same email. If it says been taken then hit the forgot password and fill in the email request. That should fire off a new password to the email address.

3. See if they have a support phone number you can contact or a email address that is not connected to the support ticket system.

Note some companies might do clean up on accounts that haven't been active for more then a few years and doesn't have any money/currency on it. Such examples are beta accounts that were abandoned after beta was over and have no purchases and no activity for a while. Again not all companies does this and the ones that do have a notice in their TOS/UA to let them know actions like this can happen to help clean up their databases.

hmm if it be microsoft hotmail outlook / hotmail i guess they have auto changed the password

it happen to me many times on different accounts due to i never check emails i just have the account to play and register game accounts i did have never read the warnings about password reset and security untill i have this issue

u need to use the lost password function then it ask alternative email to send activations code to reset ur password etc

this is a bit messy as most hotmail will have the same issue but this been my only* solution

Huh. See those two big replies up there from DarkSnakeSoul and Nichya...those are the people who took the time to write out some detailed replies to try and help answer the question that you posted.
