There seems to be a misconception that the only thing that can lead to a ban is the account in question being caught using hacks, this thread is to clear up any confusion and to make the community more aware of the various issues that can lead to a ban.
-Any hacks for any game on your computer can trigger a ban. This includes so called "trainers" for offline game.
-Using a third party program to automate gameplay may lead to a ban.
-This should go with out saying but some seem to not know this; if you hack on one account ALL of your accounts can be banned. This also means that any activity associated with your ip/computer can jeopardize all accounts that have been played there, even if it was your "little brother" who actually did the hacking.
-The biggest risky behavior that many engage in is account sharing. When you do so you are assuming responsibility for whatever is done on that account and, just as importantly, whatever the person does on other accounts. If you share with a "friend" who hacks on secondary accounts and is caught an admin will investigate and will ban every account that has been played from that IP, including the shared account. This also extends to playing other peoples accounts on your computer. Even simply logging into an account to do a symbol will link you to that account.
-Excessive harassment, particularly of a racial nature, is bannable. This includes, but not limited to, death threats and vicious personal attacks. "It was only a joke" is not an excuse.
-Racially offensive customizations and/or names can lead to a ban.
-Excessive griefing/ghosting will lead to a 3 day account suspension.
-Fraudulent payment is another reason for a ban. If you use a parents credit card or a stolen card to make purchases and it was reported to the credit card company as a fraudulent payment and reversed your account will be banned. This also extends to purchases made to G1 partners like playspan. When it comes to payment issues there is a clear "paper trail", if you engage in fraud to acquire G1 credits you may get away with it for a little while but eventually you will always be caught and banned. This also extends to using glitches to fraudulently acquire G1 credits.
-Scamming people out of items or apb cash will lead to a ban.
On a similar note account security is your responsibility. If you lose control of your account through a keylogger or the result of being scammed the account will still be banned if any of the above activity occurs on it even if the activity was not done by the rightful owner of the account. To avoid losing control of your account it is important that you avoid the following things;
*Do not share your account info with any one for any reason.
*Do not download hacks, many contain keyloggers.
*Do not accept uploads via xfire or any other means from any one associated with APB.
Following these few common sense rules will ensure that you will not fall victim to the "false bans" that you hear about.

yeah but it is impossible for someone to proove you are using a macro most like Bloody mouse are all hardware no software at all no anticheat in the world can detect that you are using it so it would only be kid x and kid ys word vs yours.
Go read how it works.
you dont need to have the software running on some mice specialy the ones made by bloody so they cannot be detected they are saved in the memory of the mouse so no software needed players still use these mice on battlefield 4 for no recoil and they are running fairfight also.
Thats some evil right there
