I would recommend visiting the main forums tech support section. There might be a solution there or someone having the same issue. If not create a topic there for more detailed help with Apb reloaded.

When attempting to log into the game with Stormed your game denied building of the character.
Most likely cause of this is you are missing texture packs for the game or some of them are outdated/modified.

This can be corrected by launching the APBLauncher.exe ( start the game via Steam or navigate to the Launcher folder inside the APB Reloaded folder and start APBLauncher.exe) and run a repair of the game files ( Options bottom left , Repair Bottom Right ).

@Athens thanks for your replay, but sadly its didnt solve my problem.

My second suggestion is to delete your APBReloaded/APBGame/Config Folder.
Several .ini files may be dated from when you last played in September yet be overlooked by the repair utility and require an update. This folder also contains your account.xml files which could be conflicting with older duplicate versions, A problem I've experienced in the past.

Perform a repair after deleteing these files and try again.

I do not know if you used any shaders in the past, if so go ahead and delete the APBReloaded/Engine/Shaders Folder and perform a repair since many things have changed in this folder since you last played.

Beyond these suggestions I've not personally broken the game in the manner your video shows outside of the suggested repairs. Anything beyond these measures would just be guessing.

I have the same problem,it started just now,i was playing i returned to loby to switch char and i couldnt go back in,and it's like that now.

We're still working on getting the EU servers back in service. It's a network issue that we're hoping to have resolved shortly.

can't be i redownloaded whole game about 3 days ago

The account folders under APBReloaded/APBGame/Config are persistent through installs. They contain your character .xml and those can become corrupt.

If you've done a complete deletion of the entire game folder and went through the trouble of downloading all 6 or so Gigs of the game again then please let someone know.
