Could someone explain to me how the pictures get in the Social District?

So, I've never known how the pictures go up around the Social District. Does someone care to explain how that works?

Yeah, in the auction thing, you have to filter it to "Display Point Tokens", each one there is for a specific point in one of the maps, some are for symbol points and some are for statues of your character, make sure you read what one you a bidding on carefully before you do :P
