Support tickets being ignored

Hello, I'd like to get back my old account but I'm not able to log in my old e-mail (it's like more than 10 years without playing). I submitted 2 tickets but I didn't had any answer.
Maybe someone could suggest me to do something else?

And you'll keep waiting, because support team is so small they take a lot of time to process tickets. I think average response time atm is around 10 weeks give or take from what I've seen in G1 forums.

Matt said in their previous ama that tickets take so long to be answered because the subjects of those tickets were "complicated"..

They will eventually respond to it but don't expect that to happen within half a year..

Don't expect them to answer your ticket anytime soon, if they were to even answer it like at all..

if you contact support, you have to verify that you are the account holder. If you cant access your own email address let alone log into your account, you are not really leaving them with many options.

How would you expect to get the accounts back ?

Hi, just because, when I asked for the password reset, I read “No longer have access to your account’s e-mail address? Contact support now” so that’s why I asked…
I guess that there should be a way to show them that I’m trying to have back my old character

Didn't you guys see the new support ticket system is all AI ran without any humans at all? That was one of their most recent posts they did. Fully AI ran customer service support.

AKA, it doens't do anything, it just sends you back feelgood messages and apologizes for the inconvenience.

I literally spent half a year going back and forth with random amounts of time between the first few responses. Once I was able to deliver them accurate account info, the follow-up to that was very quick and I got my account back finally.
Before I tried reaching out I was aware that the reply times would take a long time so after I submitted the ticket on their website I think I also made a post on the discord ( could be wrong) and also a steam post (might also be imagining that...) but then I left it alone for a good few months until getting a response.
I don't think I ended up sending them any photos of anything but because I was able to list off my armas purchases, characters, perm weps, inventory items. I received a follow-up to reset my password and change the associated email.

TLDR, My problem was that I didn't have access to the email but after half a year and providing the right info, I was able to get my account recovered and the email changed.
