Does Gamersfirst support ever respond?
I recently opened a support ticket with Gamersfirst and haven't got a response for over half a month. Is this normal? Should I even bother to keep a check on it?

They responded to me with one liners so far, and decently quickly. Does not mean we got to any solution ever though.

They couldn't even be bothered to do something against issues that have been in the game ever since, ofc they won't respond through support...

yes that is normal unfortunately. This isn't my primary account so I won't respond but there was a time when I needed to change emails associated with my account and further resolve an issue with the account... For the first response to get things going it took about a month and a half to 2 months for them to acknowledge my problem and get back to me and then after that it seemed like it took about 24 hours for each response to me. Since I also took a long time to get back to the emails it would take about a solid week for each step to be processed
TL:DR- yeah, it's normal. If you recently got banned, it might take longer. If you want to resolve an issue with your account, they'll work quicker with you once they send that first response email asking you for more details.

Yeah don't think I even care tbh. Having played it a little with some friends I honestly don't know how my taste was this bad 8 years ago. Can't think of a single redeeming quality, just an objectively bad game.
