4 file download failed errors

I've played this game many times before. But I never encountered an error while playing or downloading. But right now, when I open the launcher to log in after downloading the game, I see Error instead of Start. I see 4 files fail to download. I deleted and downloaded it again but I don't know a solution. I keep encountering this error. What should I do?

***SOLUTION***
I actually just figured this out on my own! :D

Problem:
The launcher is downloading files in Launcher1.20.0.829769 then complains that it cant find them in the folder just labeled "Launcher".

Solution:
You will have to open your launcher log to see where the files are being downloaded from, manually download the zip files, and then "decompress" them. (Just copy whats in the zip file and paste it where you downloaded the zip)

Step-by-Step:
Launcher log is located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\APB Reloaded\Launcher, like this: https://prnt.sc/3cDskWPSNuzk
(Open in notepad if a prompt pops up)

Copy the entire url just like the one I have highlighted in the image and paste it in your web browser to download the file.

!!! IMPORTANT !!!
When downloading the files just make sure to download them to the exact same path as the url (starting from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\APB Reloaded), but in the "Launcher" file instead of "Launcher1.20.0.829769".

DO NOT DOWNLOAD IN Launcher1.20.0.829769

Then just decompress the files by opening the zip folder you just downloaded, copy/cut the xml file inside, then back out of the zip file, and paste.

This is a lengthy process and will require you to pay attention to detail. But it works! My game is now fully functional.

Here's the list of the 7 files it is supposed to download. Make sure the launcher isn't running. Navigate to Steam\steamapps\common\APB Reloaded\Launcher then download each file below and extract the contents (one file each) to its appropriate folder (will have to overwrite some files like APBLauncher.exe). All folders should already exist. Once done, start the game normally from Steam.

They apparently updated two of the files but forgot to update the MD5 signatures for them so it fails.

I don't know why it is not downloading the missing files. Thanks for your help I recognized the missing files so I got them and fixed the problem. I hope others have benefited from this as well.

Verify in game cache. If it doesn't work, contact G1 on support page or go to apb g1 forums and report it to the bugs section.

Game files are missing. There are missing files of about 1 GB. I don't know why but it wasn't just me. My friend had the same problem. As a result I got the missing files from my other friend and used them. My problem is solved, thanks.
