Error code: 11002 can't log in

Hi yall, why I have this error code when i try to log in?

That error can have two causes: either your account hasn't been verified (via email) or your password expired.
In case of an expired password, the only way to resolve the issue is to contact Customer Support here:

only one thing.. I can't log in to the gtamefirst account! can I open a ticket as guest?

You can make a new account and use it to recover your old one.
We require users to be logged in for security reasons, but regardless, your issue will be solved.

What If I'm playing with steam account (not with Gamesfirst) How do I fix it ?

So I am just going to put a response here... I know it over a year late but...

I literally just had to sit down and figure this out because I was not interested in making a new account or opening a support ticket so here what I found.

Your account from Steam is whatever your original email address was when you registered steam (could also be whatever you set your email to right before installing APB reloaded for the first time ever in existence on your steam account)

Second once you have the email address you wanna use the lost password through gamer first login on their website. You will get a link from that email and change your password.

Once it says you have successfully changed your password you can go back to APB Reloaded and login with Steam account and it should function.

This is assuming the error is because your password has expired.
