Cant login into my old account [UPDATE 7TH DECEMBER]
Wanted to give the game another chance, but it says password expired

what to do?


UPDATE: After 1 Month, they finally send a message, saying i should send my Steam ID to them, Hopefully i dont need to wait another month for a new message.

the thing is, i log in with steam account only, i never used Gamersfirst

one of your emails must be used for gamersfirst, because its connected to your steam account

Daaaaamn, i played this game maybe once before even gta 5, wich means i had an email wich i have no acsess anymore

Same issue, but when i enter my email on the gamersfirst site it tells me that I will receive an email to reset my password. But the email never comes.

Hello everyone,

In regards to the issue of the user Der Sturm 765, unless the email is not late or not in your spam/junk folder, then your email provider is for some reason not letting it through. In this case unfortunately, the only thing we can advise you is to try and assign a different email address to your account, and see if that would fix the issue.

As for the password expired issue, it shouldn't be a big of a problem, but unfortunately you will have to be patient and wait for the support. Hopefully the response time is shorter these days. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Update: They Respond.

they said i should send them my Steam ID, Hopefully they dont need another month to change it.
