Did restart PC and see if restart would be good?

1 - Check if anti-virus softwares are blocking launcher( it happens)
2 - Check firewalls are not blocking launcher ( happens)
3 - Try going here "C:\Program Files (x86)\GamersFirst\APB Reloaded\Binaries" and launching the "APB" application. >try this with steam open as well with steam fully closed
4 - Open launcher click options at bottom > repair

5 -Validate game files thru steam > find apbin game libary > right click > prooperties > local files > click verify files

I tried to run the game without Steam from the start then with steam, I tried everything.

IF have steam fully closed and not running and go to C:\Program Files (x86)\GamersFirst\APB Reloaded\Binaries and click apb.exe(6th down) it launches the game without the launcher at all give it time to load game up would log in via email adress and pass used when created account vs steam this bypasses laucher loading at all

ONLY other things atm can think of is going to C:\Program Files (x86)\steam/steamapps\APB Reloaded\ and should see folder called TPI will be bit of folders inside install each of the softwares in each folder besides punkbuster which is not needed atm

Uninstall game fully and any programs installed with it eg. physx, and reinstall game

NP those are the things know ad remember atm that worked for launcher issues
