Steam Charts False? - Dead Game?
opening up the game at 6:11 am, steam charts still say "596 Online" - Loaded game up, noticed 3 districts with players adding up to be a total of 100 players. including social. What is this madness?

Ah, actually I notice its the EU servers that are full. not NA

Yeah well I have noticed that E.U servers have had like 2-3 times the population of the N.A servers for like the last year. So I just start a new guy for E.U I don"t care about rank lol.
